Windows 10: Task manager and Win 11 general issues

Hey there,My names Mat and I've been having a few different issues after updating to Windows11 but the main issue is to do with my task manager.Everytime I open task manger it appears to be working but will not end any task, update any of the programs on the list and when trying to close task manager it just goes blank till I spam the red X until I get a dialogue box pop up saying I can end the task.I have been floating around google and the Microsoft community trying every fix I come across for this issue but no luck. I have tried doing SFC and DISM scan both show no issues found, I've tried

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

1. Open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows + R.
   
2. Type "gpedit.msc" and press Enter.
   
3. Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl+Alt+Del Options.
   
4. In the right pane, double-click on "Remove Task Manager".
   
5. In the "Remove Task Manager" dialog box, select "Disabled" and click OK.
   
6. Close the Group Policy Editor.
   
7. Open a command prompt as administrator.
   
8. Type the following command and press Enter:
   
   attrib +h "%windir%\system32\taskmgr.exe"
   
9. Restart your computer.
   

After following these steps, Task Manager will be re-enabled. You can now open it by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Esc.
