Windows 10: Task Manager and Window Home Settings keep crashing and I don't know why

Windows 11 user here.Whenever I try to open task manager and the home settings, it would just should a blank page for a few seconds and then close automatically. I've tried the SFC scan and DISM scans mutiple times, they all say the same thing, nothing has been found. I've even tried reseting my laptop, which was a hassle in itself because I had to go through another route trying to open settings which I still can't do because it goes to the home page.I've tried all that I can please help.Thanks

Task manager crash


Task manager is still crashing when applied the above steps and explorer crashes as it takes a while to close and its stuck on a white window and i cant open start till it goes.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

It doesn't work to me when choosing NVIDIA Graphic in the last step, so, I have to select integrated graphic in the last step and It works to me !!
