Windows 10: Task Manager becomes laggy and unresponsive

Hello, I've had this problem for couple weeks, where after couple hours of using the PC when I would try to open the task manager, it would instantly change to this weird font and become very laggy and unusable. For example:-the icons wouldn't load-only a white box apeared whenever i would try to right click a process-it would completely freeze when i would try to sort the processes or change the tab, to the point where i wouldn't be able to move my mouse because it slowed the PC so much-and it would sometimes freeze for no apparent reason at alldespite all off that as you can see none of the

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

Here i got a problem on my new laptop. After I bought it, I reinstall the OS from win10 to win7, and later upgrade the OS to the win10 professional edition.

But later, i find a problem: when i open the task manager, the laptop will be laggy and act very slowly, no matter i click the task manager panel or view the internet on chrome, every action will take me seconds.

And when i close the task manger panel, everythig goes fine, and no laggy.

my laptop configuration is :

CPU: i7-6700HQ memmery: 16G BIOS pattern: UEFI

1st driver: Sandisk 240G SSD 2nd driver: 1T HDD

Can anyone help me and give me some suggestions.

Unchecking the wrong thing in Autoruns can brick a system.
