Windows 10: task manager disappears when mouse cursor is moved

Hi Team,


I have windows 10 1903.


When I try to open task manager (Ctril+alt+del). It prompts the dialog box and disappears immediately when I move the mouse.


I don't have any antivirus installed and no conflicting applications.


Is there anyway to resolve this.

Mouse cursor disappearing

Hello, I am using Win10 desktop with wired mouse; it's been working quite well for me until lately. I've had this Dell computer about 3 or so years, now.
My mouse cursor has started to disappear at random times, only coming back when I rapidly move the mouse back and forth across the pad/screen.
I thought it might be that the wire might have gotten damaged, so I unplugged that mouse, put in a wireless mouse USB plug, and used a wireless mouse for over an hour.
Same issue. When I move my mouse up to the upper right-hand corner, it disappears. Move it to the extreme left, it comes back again. It's when the cursor touches the right side of the screen, I have noticed, that it disappears.
No difference when using a full-screen game, a browser, or if I'm on the desktop . . . it acts the same way in each case.

Windows 10 - In a program, if I have a dialog box and click on an option, I can see the list. If I move my cursor to select an option, the drop down box & selection disappears. The same happens on the task bar and even in Windows search. Sometimes if I hold
the mouse button down and drag it to the selection, it works, the keyword being "sometimes". Not only is this very annoying, but it makes some programs almost impossible to use. It almost looks to be some kind of priority or switching problem.

I bought this POS HP computer about a year ago and it will not let me resume my participation in the Insiders Program, says "My organization manages Insider Preview builds through a telemetry group policy setting" There is an option to "fix this" but the
selection is greyed out and can't be changed.

 

Mouse cursor won't move

I am using an ASUS Windows 10 Laptop and haven't been able to use the mouse since I shut it down. Before shutting it down, though, there was a necessary update. After that, the mouse cursor just disappeared. Right now, however, it is visible - but I still
can't interact with it (i.e., moving, clicking). Oddly, using the administrator account, the mouse cursor was visible and can be interacted with.
