Windows 10: Task manager, I can't enable 'launch on start up' for some apps.

I recently restarted the laptop to factory settings and while setting up the laptop I ran into a problem that I didn't have before. I'm trying to turn on the automatic start of applications in the task manager. But every time I set the status to 'enabled' and close the task manager, the setting changes back to 'disabled' for that application. I tried setting it in that particular app settings but it just redirected me to set it in task manager. Maybe it could be something connected with the fact that these applications are downloaded from Microsoft store but i don't really know. Also when i tr

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable

Confirmed on W10 2004 what you said - Task Manager starts minimized with an icon in the taskbar. If I click on the Task Manager taskbar icon, then minimize the Task Manager window, the taskbar icon goes away and Task Manager remains in the tray.
