Windows 10: Task manager memory is more than programs are using [Win 11]

For the past couple months my PC has been showing more RAM usage than it should, however recently it has become unbearable when trying to play games. I did some research myself and fixed the problem of my non-paged pool being 4GB+ however after restarting I still have RAM problems as shown in the attached screenshots. I would like to point out that my rammap processes tab looks very strange since they are all at 0KB, although maybe this is normal. Help very appreciated :FYI: All screenshots are taken with nothing running except task manager, rammap and my browser opera

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

I was sure I had typed the command correctly. As for the memory issues, I've noticed that when I check the Performance tab, it shows the memory usage as a physical amount used out of 16GB, so it appears as you suggested that the 1st page in the task manager
dialogue incorrectly reports the percentage of memory in use as a percentage of memory overall.

Task Manager Memory Errors

I have an HP Stream 11 (Model: 11-d001dx), which does not come with sodimm memory, however, the task manager displays that the form factor of the ram is sodimm.

Does anyone know what the cause is?
