Task Manager requires elevation, also closes upon right clicking any process

This issue began when I installed Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB5055523 and also the Cumulative Update KB5054811. As the title suggests, Task Manager suddenly requires elevation. I tried to give myself complete permission over the file, but even that wouldn't help. I did uninstall both of those updates, and I was able to start Task Manager without elevation the Cumulative Update reinstalled itself, though, and I can't remove it. Another thing is, if I run it as administrator; it opens completely fine. I also did a clean boot disabling every service except Microsoft, but that

    :)

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

  3. *SOLVED*Where can I get Task Manager for Windows? NOT process Explorer.

So if you right click on the taskbar you no longer get the option to click on Task Manager as it brings up process Explorer?

Get elevated process list in command line

Is there a cmd or powershell command to know if a process (any process) is elevated or not? Or at least a list of running elevated processes with process id?

I do know that you can get the list in task manager details page. There is a field called 'Elevated'.

But I want that information in command line. Command prompt or powershell doesn't matter.

I've been searching this everywhere and i'm unable to get it.

    Thanks in advance!
