    Hi there,I have a Dell 7710 workstation with Win10 pro 64bit, 21H2, 19044.1526, 32gb ram and 3xSSD = 2 TBThe issue is with all programs closed, sitting in idle lid open or closed, after a short time the fans turn on and resources are hogged. If I open task manager the highest Power Usage is for task manager and then the quickly task manager power usage drops AND the fans turn off.If I keep only task manager open, and nothing else, no power usage hog, no fans. Doesn't matter if lid is open or closed.Already tried deep scan with Avast, CCleaner and just the other day Reset windows 10 with ke

    Hi, just a quick thought from your 3rd screenshot (thanks for providing these)..
    This suggests to me you have an extensive music collection being catalogued (or whatever it is Groove does with music files).

    I suggest you disable music cataloguing and see what effect that has.

    I've never let that happen so I can't comment from personal experience. (However I can say that if you say
    Hey, Cortana, play some music
    with nothing catalogued, the response demonstrates a certain lack of thought by MS!)


    The first screenshot requires technical analysis to discover what servicehost.exe is doing.
