Windows 10: Task Manager shows CPU usage at 100%

Hi all,Hope you can help me clarify on small issue/doubt i'm having problem with...I recently build my first PC and everything work well, except that when i open the task manager the CPU usage is always or at least almost always up to 100%.This though is only showed in the Task Manager, as if i open others application that measure CPU usage it seems to be much less, so i'm a bit confused...I don't really understand much regarding process and services running in background so i thought maybe you could help, i wanted to put some screenshots to better explain what i mean, but there is an error

Task Manager showing 100% CPU usage. A few days after I built my PC, all of a sudden task manager started showing 100% CPU usage no matter what programs are running and it was also showing very high power usage. I ended up temporarily fixing the issue after I did a full fresh install of Windows, 2 months later and now the 100% CPU issue has returned. I checked sensor connections and updated my bios with no luck. I have NO performance issues, I used the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and it showed no high CPU usage. CPU and motherboard specs are below:

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Motherboard: Z690 UD DDR4

BIOS: F7a

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K (24 CPUs), ~3.2GHz

Has anyone else run into this issue? Does anyone know of possible solutions?

 

Task Manager showing 100% CPU usage

I've been having Task Manager displaying 100% usage constantly. This is a fresh install of Windows, and all my drivers are up to date. Other software shows normal CPU usage, so what could be the problem?

 

100% CPU usage in task manager after upgrading to W10

Thank you Krishna for quick response however it is neither of those reasons. I think it is a bug, it only shows 100% cpu usage but everything works ok . Never had this issue before only started after i updated from windows 7 to 10. The procantage usage
of cpu on some applications jumps from 5 to 70% in example : the task manager was "using" 80% of cpu and that just can't be right. Having said that i think the task manager's cpu usage shows wrong data (its bugged) somehow.
