Windows 10: Task Manager & Start Menu Issues- Any Fixes/Patches For This Coming?

OK, you're probably wondering what these "issues" are that my system has as soon as you read the title & possibly decided to open it up just to read the post. I'm really curious to know if any other Windows 11 users out there like myself are still experiencing this. Maybe I should explain a bit & we'll go from there...I may have upgraded on launch day when Windows 11 came out, but that's not really the case anymore. I actually had to do a completely fresh clean install of Windows 11 a few weeks ago because I found out through experience I was having some little issues afterward when I

Can't open start menu, cortana, nor the task manager after creators update.

Since you mentioned that you're experiencing issues with the Start menu, Cortana and Task Manager, we may need to do several troubleshooting procedures.

For our first procedure, could you please try to right-click the Start
menu, select Task Manager and check if you are able to access it. If you are still not able to access the Task Manager, try to press
Windows Key+R from your keyboard and type "Task Manager" on the run command and check if you are able to access it.

If you're able to access the Task Manager, please follow the steps and check if the steps help to fix the Task Manager:

• Open Task Manager.
• Click on the Details tab.
• Right-click on the Explorer.exe process and select End task.
• Right-click on the File at the upper left part.
• Select Run new task and type explorer.exe and click Ok.

To troubleshoot the Start menu and Cortana, we suggest that you carefully follow the workaround provided by
Andre Da Costa, dated last October 17, 2017, on this thread.

If you have any problems with Start Menu, suggest you try the below mentioned steps and see if it fix the issue:

  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.

  Click File > Run New Task

  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
