    Need to know what startup apps can I safely disable in order to improve startup (I keep getting this notification about these apps slowing down this process)

    Go to the Task Manager and look at Startup. If the program or process is not needed at startup disable it.

    To get to the Task manager you can right click the start windows and select Task Manager from the list or do Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and pick Task manager.

    Task Manager Startup

    The standard answer would be "Everything except for your Anti-Virus", but with saying from some experience you might need to play a little.
    I have a few startups not disabled as they are really necessary for me.

    You should probably disable that notification instead. Run CMD as admin, paste command and enter:


    schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\StartupAppTask" /Disable
