Windows 10: Task Manager stopped Working on Windows 11

I'm just upgrading my windows to Window 11 at first it was normal then after I set up all of my apps and launchers suddenly my task manager always stop working when I click everything on them, the information on the task manager even didn't change at all even when i playing games, there no change at all but when i click it then it shows white light around the task manager like when app stopped workinghow do I fix it?I still didn't try to reset the PC yet but if there is a solution without resetting the pc I will be so glad

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

Same problem in safe mode.

Task manager will not open fully nor stay open it is useless
