Windows 10: Task Manager wont open Windows 11

I have Windows 11 Home, it was an insider build on the Dev Channel, says "Evaluation Copy. Build 22563.ni_release.220219-1637". I had access to the new Task Manager for Windows 11, and i tried to use the button to reduce task manager size to only basic processes, and it reduced but had no button to go back to advanced/expanded, and since then i closed it to see if it restarted, and never opened back, even after a few restarts and 1 or 2 updates. Have tried everything from Local Group Policy editing to Registry Editing and cant manage to make it come back. I am currently queued for unrerollment

Windows 10 settings, and task manager wont open.

My Command (admin) will not open. Command will not open, task manager will not open. All since upgrade to creator edition yesterday.

Since I CANNOT get to Command prompt (admin) none of the above solution will work, obviously.

what next? format c:\*.*?????

There is a solution out there somewhere, right????

 

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

I would suggest you to follow these steps and check if it helps:

Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:

• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

Let us know the results.
