Windows 10: Task Managet in Windows 11 shows 100% disk usage

lp! I unfortunately just upgraded to windows 11 on my laptop dell inspiron 15 5000 series with an intel core 13 8th gen chip. Now task manager is showing 100% disk usage. I can't get anything to load and if it does it takes forever. I've tried a couple work arounds by shutting things down disabling following suggested ways to eliminate the problem etc and nothing is working. I have deleted all apps that I've downloaded since purchase of machine. I am no where near using up my disk space. I can't figure out how to make this stupid new operating systm work. I know it was my mistake to install w
