Windows 10: Task Scheduler Message "One or more of the specified arguments are not valid"

Seriously, it's really like dealing with a retarded five-year-old child sometimes.In what universe are "one or more of the specified arguments are not valid" when I change the time with which a BAT file is executed?I set it up to execute every day at 5pm, having changed this to 4pm, I get the error message 'One or more of the specified arguments are not valid' when setting this up on the task scheduler. I have a Windows 2019 DC Gen 1I am genuinely speechless, do Microsoft not test their pathetic product prior to releasing it into the public, or do they just stick a few bandages on it and hope
