Windows 10: Task Scheduler Not Waking PC from Sleep

I run a scheduled task at 22:30 to run a RoboCopy backup, it is configured to wake the PC from sleep. It has run successfully for many years including waking from sleep. However, ever since my laptop was updated to Windows 11 Home 24H2 four days ago, it has failed to wake the PC from sleep but kicks in when I manually wake the laptop by opening the lid.Help would be appreciated.

Task Scheduler Not Waking Home Use Windows 11 From Sleep

Hi!

I'm trying to make Task Scheduler follow a schedule to:

1. Wake my laptop
   
2. Open Thunderbird.exe
   
3. Bring Thunderbrid.exe to the foreground
   

Problem

• The scheduled task only runs after I manually wake my laptop from sleep
  
  (Not sure if related to the root cause of the issue: Sometimes the Windows Clock App opens as I manually wake my laptop from sleep. When this happens, the Clock App launches before Thunderbird.exe)
  
• Task Scheduler's history tab has no logs for scheduled tasks that were missed because the laptop didn't wake up
  

Steps I Took

• Restart laptop
  
• Run power troubleshooter
  
• Update virtual network adapter enumerator
  
• Disable hibernation
  
• Disable fast start-up
  
• Make sure the maintenance schedule does not clash with the task's schedule
  
• Make sure Power Options - Sleep - Allow wake timers - Both Enabled
  
• Make sure Windows updates are up to date
  
• Make sure the scheduled task is viewable on powercfg -waketimers

Other Details

• Sleeping state in use: S0 Low Power Idle
  
• Always using the account with admin rights
  
• No account password - When I wake my laptop from sleep, it automatically shows my desktop
  
• Always connected to AC power
