Windows 10: Task Scheduler: One or more of the specified arguments are not valid

I can create a task in Scheduler. It runs as expected. However if I open the task in scheduler and then close it, I get the error message, "One or more of the specified arguments are not valid." This happens when I try to modify the task or even if I don't change anything. I am logged as the same user who created the task and the user is an administrator. This is on Win 10. I am not having this problem on my Win 11 computer. This is extremely annoying, particularly if I want to make changes to a task to tweak it to operate as expected. Thoughts?

Seriously, it's really like dealing with a <removed> sometimes.

In what universe are "one or more of the specified arguments are not valid" when I change the time with which a BAT file is executed?

I set it up to execute every day at 5pm, having changed this to 4pm, I get the error message 'One or more of the specified arguments are not valid' when setting this up on the task scheduler.

I have a Windows 2019 DC Gen 1

I am genuinely speechless, do Microsoft not test their pathetic product prior to releasing it into the public, or do they just stick a few bandages on it and hope for the best because seriously, this is pathetic.

Why on earth am I getting the "One or more of the specified arguments are not valid" when all arguments are valid.
