Windows 10: Task Scheduler: The operator or administrator has refused the request

I am sorry, I have combed all of Google to get a solution to this problem. Forgive my ignorance if I have missed out anything. Here is my situation: I am running a Windows 10 PC and signed into Windows with my Microsoft account. I am the only user on this computer, believe I have administrative privilege, since I do not get any prompt asking me to continue with administrator rights when making any system changes. I am trying to create 2 tasks on Task Scheduler: 1. Close all open applications and Shutdown the computer everyday at 11PM IST; I have a script file that will close all running progra

I have a FIVE tasks scheduled to run daily. They worked correctly on Windows 8.1. When I converted to Windows 10, they do not work. I get the error message "The operator or administrator has refused the request (0x800710E0)".

Why won't they work with Windows 10?

I tried qualifying the script as you stated. It still runs manually as intended. Currently, I have the error message:
