Windows 10: task scheduler wont start app

Discus and support task scheduler wont start app in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have one app which detect if keyboard is used and when I double click it app work, when I start with task scheduler at user login or computer start,...     task scheduler wont start app


    I have one app which detect if keyboard is used and when I double click it app work, when I start with task scheduler at user login or computer start, ti doesn't work no matter what I set in task scheduler or what user I use for that. Start only when I set "users" in taks scheduler under user or group. But when I set that it only start when I login as administrator, for all other users doesn't work. I also set "run with highest privileges". Folder where that app is, is set to "everyone" in security.
    I have tested it on windows 10 and 7 and it is the same.
    Maybe I have compilled that app wrong??? Or set task scheduler wrong?

    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.1902]

    Task Scheduler service will not start.

    Thank you for updating us. If Task Scheduler will not start, we suggest that you restart it. The service might be disabled that's why the task will not run. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot Task Scheduler.

    • Click Start menu.
    • Type Services in the Start Search box.
    • Right-Click Services, and select Run as Administrator.
    • If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click
      Continue.
    • Right-click the Task Scheduler Service and select Restart.
    And have you tried running the System File Checker scan as an Administrator. For more information check this
    article. You can also perform DISM after performing SFC.
