Windows 10: task scheduler: wrong activation time

task scheduler:Action with the trigger set to log in any user activates only the moment when the laptop is connected to the power source. The action activates with the highest level of authorisation. (this is my own action). program which i set as task scheduler action(.bat file) works normaly when laptop is not conected to power source.

• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.

Time Synchronization Task Scheduler Windows 10

Tried all the steps you suggested but time is still not synchronizing with internet time via the normal GUI settings and running SynchronizeTime from Windows Task Scheduler returns code 2147943479.
