Windows 10: task view observation

Discus and support task view observation in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I don't use it but I've just noticed something about from 1703 vs 1709.     I don't use it but I've just noticed something about from 1703 vs 1709. In 1703, when I would click on task view, mind you I didn't have anything open, task view would open up with malwarebytes running. Now, with 1709 and doing the same thing.....now there is no malwarebytes in task view. Which is awesome.....was there a known issue that was fixed?

    I installed a programme called SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Subscription which scanned and deleted programmes. I have done no troubleshooting as not sure what to do here. Thanks

    task view

    Task view button - there is nothing there now so cannot close or restart computer. When mouse hovers over "task view" in taskbar - just blank page. Please help! How do I get back all the icons that were there along with shut down/restart? Many thanks
