  1. Taskbar Auto-Hide Issue in Windows 11

Previously, in Windows 11, I was able to set the taskbar to auto-hide, and it would appear when I moved my mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen, even when using applications in full-screen mode. However, I have recently noticed that the taskbar does not appear when using full-screen applications, making it difficult to access certain features without exiting full-screen mode.I have ensured that the auto-hide feature is enabled in the taskbar settings, and I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including restarting my computer and checking for updates, but the issue persists.

    :)

  3. how to effectively hide or disable the taskbar?

    Hi,

Did you try the “Auto-hide the taskbar” option from Taskbar properties?

If you have not tried it, I would suggest you to follow these steps and auto-hide the taskbar:

    • Right click on Taskbar.
    • Click on Properties
    • Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
    • Click on OK.

    Hope this information helps.

  4. Taskbar Auto-Hide Issue in Windows 11

    Auto hide taskbar not working

    I know how to 'auto-hide'!

IT IS NOT WORKING - the frustrating thing is that this is a known problem and is not being addressed. It may appear to be a small matter but it is not. Wherever the taskbar is situated (top, bottom, either side) it covers part of the screen and is TOTALLY
    annoying!!!!!!!

PLEASE FIX IT and help us all.
