Windows 10: Taskbar auto hide not working when after click "Show hidden icons"

I am using windows 11 and I have set auto hide taskbar in setting. But, when after I click "show hidden icons" in app tray, auto hide taskbar stop working and not hide taskbar anymore. As old solution, I have to restart explore.exe and it works again. So, whenever I lost it, I have to do restarting explore so that I dare not to click "show hidden icons" again.Please let me know, anyone has same issue like me? and anyone can help to solve this problem?Thanks in advance.

Task bar will not auto-hide and auto-hide is selected in its ‘Properties’?
If you click the ‘show hidden icons’, allow it to pop-up then move your cursor away from the pop-up, the show hidden (SH) will, in a couple seconds, auto hide however the task bar will not auto hide until you re-select the (SH) then move the
mouse away from the (SH) click the mouse to dismiss the (SH) then the taskbar will auto-hide again. If one of the hidden icons has a message for you, that message has to be satisfied prior to the taskbar returning to its hidden state.

Just a note -- if you Auto hide the taskbar (on bottom of the screen) then the little arrow to show the hidden icons still doesn't work.

I understand your concern about auto-hiding Taskbar on Windows 10.

This issue might have occurred due to Taskbar settings, try the below and check if it helps.

Steps to enable auto-hide Taskbar:

• Right click in the empty space on the Taskbar, click on
  Properties,
• Under Taskbar tab, check mark the Auto-hide the Taskbar option, click on
  Apply and Ok.
