Windows 10: Taskbar Broken, Background Disappears, Monitors Turn Off; SSD Suddenly Unusable

Hi Microsoft,So I've been running into a bizarre problem with my iBuyPower computer where everything on Windows 11 loads perfectly fine except for the taskbar, which is invisible. If you click it, the taskbar turns black and tries to load. Sometimes it works, other times it goes back to invisible. Auto-hide taskbar on second monitor only.

Please let us know which build are you currently in?

If you are in build number: 14342, I suggest you to follow the steps below to
hide taskbar on second monitor and check if it helps:

• 
  Right click on the Taskbar and Go to
  settings.
  
• 
  Click on the taskbar option.
  
• 
  Under Multiple displays you can turn off the option for
  Show taskbar on all displays.

Desktop background goes black and taskbar items disappear

I have updated to Windows 10 recently and now I am having issues with my computer freezing. The desktop background suddenly goes black, the taskbar items disappear and my internet browser forcefully shuts down. To turn off the computer I have to do ctrl
alt del and then shut it down. Please help.

 

Taskbar disappears from Main Monitor with a dual monitor setup.

I have a dual monitor setup with Windows 10 x64 Enterprise (latest updates/build). One monitor, set as my main, is a C1 OLED TV, though I'm not sure this makes any difference. Anyway, if I click the start/windows icon on my secondary monitor the taskbar on my main monitor flickers repeatedly very quickly. After a short time of this flickering the taskbar then disappears from the main monitor altogether as if it has been completely hidden/removed. It is not hidden as when I hover my mouse the taskbar does not show up again. The only way I can get anything with the missing taskbar to show up is using the hotkey CTRL+ESC combination. This key combination brings up the start menu but the taskbar itself does not show up with it, and as soon as I click out of the start menu that the key combination brings up it disappears and there is no sign of the taskbar still.

I've tried the following commands after being sure my system has the latest updates installed (all device drivers etc look good too). All these commands have come up clean after any initial repairs were done but the issue of the taskbar flickering then disappearing persists. As this seems to be a new issue, can you please advise?

*EDIT* Note the main monitor (TV) is 48" and has a display resolution of 3840x2160 and a scale/layout of 175%. The *only* way I can get the taskbar to come back on the main monitor is to change the scale/layout to 100% (and then I can change it back to 175%) and the taskbar shows up. No other method makes the taskbar reappear - so I'm assuming this is some kind of issue with the scaling/layout somehow.
