Windows 10: Taskbar bug

So I were away from keyboard and when i come back my taskbar is bright blue see through. I thought it was strange since mine was just white so I went ahead to change it back to no transparency. When I did the whole thing started stuttering between regular white and transparent blue but then stopped, still transparent blue. I can change the accent color and I've tried all settings related to the taskbar but It won't stop being transparent. This would be ok but each time I press the windows button the thing flashes regular white for 0.5 seconds but again stops as transparent.Is this a known issu

We’d like to get more information regarding this issue.

1. Were you able to play the games without the Taskbar interfering earlier?
   
2. Were there any updates that were installed recently that you think might have caused the issue?
   

We appreciate that you tried few steps to fix the issue. We can try few more steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue.

Let us go ahead and disable the Taskbar auto hide feature and check if the issue persists.

1. Right click on empty space of Taskbar.
   
2. Select Taskbar settings.
   
3. Turn off the switch under Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode.
   
4. Try playing the game in Full Screen mode and check if the Taskbar interferes with the game play.

System Icons on taskbar

Hi,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

Did you try the “Auto-hide the taskbar” option from Taskbar properties?



If you have not tried it, I would suggest you to follow these steps and auto-hide the taskbar:

• Right click on Taskbar.
• Click on Properties
• Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
• Click on OK.
