I have a weird problem with clock in taskbar! I am using windows 11the time displayed in Date & Time settings is correct with daylight saving off, but clock in taskbar displays time with daylight saving +1 hour aheadI've tried everything like toggling on/off the daylight saving and other options in Date & Time settings and also using tzutil. but the taskbar clock time still is one hour ahead!!!

Taskbar clock is one hour ahead of internal clock. How do I synchronize them?

Hello. I have the strangest issue where my taskbar clock is one hour ahead of the rest of my laptop. For instance, I downloaded a file at 10:56AM. My taskbar clock said 10:56AM but in File Explorer the date modified shows 9:56AM. This one hour difference can be seen everywhere else in system settings. Attached is a picture of Windows settings and my taskbar clock. You can see how they are exactly one hour apart (top middle and bottom right of image).

I have tried changing the time and time zone in settings but it hasn't helped.
