Windows 10: Taskbar disappeared, windows button not working and black screen on startup

My Surface Go is not showing the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. The windows logo button is also not functional now. When I restart the computer, the screen goes black for 2 mins after logging in with my fingerprint. How do I fix these issues? This all happened at the same time.. I've checked for latest update and everything is up to date.
