Windows 10: Taskbar disappears after Windows Update - cannot access Settings etc etc

Hi,I think it was the Win update in Nov 2023 when my Taskbar first disappeared. The only way to make it appear again was to re-install Win11. But every time a new update came along it disappeared again.After performing 4 or even 5 Win11 re-installs, I kept postponing new updates for 6-7 months, and it worked fine. Today it showed me a special message that critical security updates are due and I ran the updates all of them. Same story, after the updates my Taskbar went missing, and this time for good.I have tried all the tricks both from web and AI tools, but still no result. I cannot even ac

Taskbar doesn't disappear when entering fullscreen

I tried the Ctrl-Alt-Del and found Windows Explorer. Unfortunately, I didn't choose Restart; I killed the process. (didn't read the instructions well enough!) :-/ ... I did eventually find a way to Restart Windows Explorer, but the problem (disappearing Task bar not disappearing/reappearing as it should/used to) did not solve itself. I then RESTARTED the PC. Still not fixed.

So, I found another answer from microsoft and followed those steps. It worked! (needed the display driver updated.)

Here's that set of instructions:

I suggest you to try updating the Display Adapter drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to update the Display driver:

Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
Restart the computer after its updated and verify.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest chipset and display drivers for your computer and install the same.

Quick Access is Always Empty and Can't Pin Folders + Taskbar Programs Menu Disappeared

Basically I can't pin anymore. I'm not getting an error when I pin. Whenever I pin it's not appearing in quick access. But it appears on the file explorer jump list on the taskbar. I already tried other solutions like emptying these locations:

• %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\

• %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\
  

• %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations\

but it doesn't work, it only made things worse. The jump list menu disappeared for pinned programs, like chrome ("start in incognito mode" and the like menus disappeared when i right clicked programs on taskbar).

Now i have 2 problems, quick access won't show my pinned folders and taskbar menu disappeared.
