Windows 10: Taskbar disappears when computer powered on - only returns when computer is reset Win 10

HiI'm having a frustrating problem that started 2 weeks ago on my Win 10. It started after I powered on my computer after not having used it for 2-3 days.Now whenever I power on my computer, the taskbar is missing see image - where the taskbar is you get that blue loading circle instead. Some windows apps don't function properly when in this state control panel rarely works, and the task manager opens, but crashes when you try to close it.The only thing that brings the taskbar back and the system functioning again is when I reset windows from that dysfunctional state shown below. Returning my computer

I will be returning my computer but would like to reset prior to do doing so. I have done all that is suggested on the by resetting to factory settings but it will not allow me saying that it will not follow through with the function as it is not detecting
any issues with the computer. Can I reset to factory settings? If I cannot, please let me know what steps I should take prior to returning it to the store.

Windows 10 was already pre-installed on the computer at time of purchase.

Trying to connect to a printer that is physically on a Win 10 computer from a Win 11 computer to no avail.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting to your printer. Since you’ve already tried the solutions suggested on the internet, here are a few more things you can try:

1. Make sure that the printer is shared on the Win 10 computer. To do this, go to the printer properties on the Win 10 computer and check the box next to “Share this printer” in the Sharing tab.
   
2. Ensure that the printer is visible to other devices on the network. To do this, go to the printer properties on the Win 10 computer and check the box next to “List in the directory” in the Sharing tab.
   
3. Try disabling any firewalls or antivirus software temporarily on both the Win 10 and Win 11 computers to see if that resolves the issue.
   
4. Check if the printer is compatible with Windows 11. You can check the manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers and software for your printer.
   
5. Try connecting the printer to a different USB port on the Win 10 computer.
   
6. If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printer to its default settings and then setting it up again.

Returning power icon to taskbar

Hi, Hope someone can help with this. Somehow my power indicator icon has disappeared from the taskbar. I looked at the various icons somewhere in Settings and it showed that the power indicator was ON...however..I can't click on it as it's shaded grey
for some reason, as though it's out of order etc. I just want to be able to return my power indicator. I'm using Windows 10. Thanks for any help!
