Windows 10: Taskbar Does Not Resize resize with multiple rows of apps in Windows 11

The changes in the taskbar in Windows 11 have Windows completely unproductive and inefficient and I can prove it with more users experiencing the same problem. To further explain, I need to be able to see the name of all the multiple windows I have open at the same time - and no, I cannot close any of them. Grouping/combine windows makes it a lot of hard work to navigate between everything until finally find the needed file/document/app. Why not make it available for the user to decide? This does not make any sense. Resizing the bar while not combining the windows is what makes the entire proc

Taskbar will not STAY resized, locked or unlocked

HI Guys,

I have multiple Windows 10 machines and I found that:

1. Taskbar resizes no problem.

2. Taskbar will NOT stay resized. i.e. wanting a 4 row task bars is not persistent.

3. This occur in either LOCKED or UNLOCKED taskbar.

Any idea?

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Right click on taskbar.
• click on properties.
• uncheck--use small taskbar buttons.
• uncheck--lock the taskbar.
• try to place the mouse pointer and then resize the taskbar.
