Windows 10: Taskbar flashing randomly every 2-3 minutes

My taskbar randomly flashes every 2-3 minutes, but the Start menu never appears. The taskbar shows up, but without the Start menu, and it keeps disappearing and reappearing. I’m not pressing the Windows key, and the issue happens even without pressing it. I’ve tried using different keyboards and unplugging all peripherals, but the problem still persists. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

N86 Menu Key Flashing 2 or 3 times in a Minute???

In my N86 After Updating To Version 30 .The Menu Key is flashing 2 or 3 times in every minute.

I know that If i had missed call or message It Should flashing. But Now I have not missed call or any message and The Menu Key is flashing Repeatly with delay.



What Should I Do???



Is This a BUG of the Firmware?

 

Windows 10 Taskbar Icons Randomly Expanding

I hope you're doing well today.



I truly understand that you are having an issue with your task bar icon that randomly expanding. Let's work on this together for us to fix the issue.

Just make sure first that the taskbar is not locked (right-click taskbar, uncheck lock taskbar) and drag the taskbar to a different side of your screen – then drag it back to it’s original position

If the issue is not fix, you may follow the steps below.

Fix 1 Check latest update

• Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update .
  

Fix 2 Manually Restart the Explorer.exe Process via Command Prompt

• Open command prompt as an admin
  
• Input taskkill /f /im explorer.exe in the Command Prompt window and press Enter.
  

This command will end the explorer.exe process.

Fix 3 : Run SFC scan

In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, and run as admin

• Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  
• (note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete.)
  
• After you see a message that says "The operation completed successfully,
  
• " type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.
  
• After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit.
