Windows 10: TASKBAR FLICKERING FLASHING AND REFRESHING.

PLEASE ANYBODY HELP ME OUT. I AM FACING A PRBLM FROM YESTERDAY THAT MY TASKBAR IS REFRESHING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND IF I CLICK ON THE SHOW HIDDEN ICON ARROW THEN THEY ARE OVERLAPPING LIKE THESE IN THE PICTURE. I HAVE INSTALLLED THE UPDATE AFTER THAT IT WAS HAPPENING. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING WAYS ON INTERNET EVEN RESET MY PC. NOTHING MAKE IT OUT.PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY!!!!

Taskbar Flickering Problem

I've recently installed Windows 10 onto my PC and have been noticing one very big annoyance. In my taskbar, there has been a flashing accent line (accent lines are the rectangular coloured lines seen directly below an application on the taskbar). Sometimes,
it occurs on an unoccupied space on my taskbar, and sometimes it happens to an existing app. When it happens on an existing app, the app icon just starts flashing a little. When I'm typing in a text field, the taskbar flicker disrupts this action and forces
me to click again on the text field in order to type. Has anyone been experiencing the same problem? Please offer suggestions on how to fix this.
