Windows 10: Taskbar flickers Win 10 / Taskbar emtpy Win 11 / explorer.exe stuck after Login

So I am having this issue which I thought would get resolved after upgrading to Windows 11 but it did not the issue just change its behaviour. The Issue under Windows 10 was:I entered my Login PIN and the whole explorer kept restarting. At least it looked like it does. The Taskbar kept apearing and disapering. So after trying some things like checking my user profile, checking Winlogon-Key in Registry I thought this irons itself out after upgrading to Windows 11... haha no.In Windows 11 which I installed today WindowsSunValleyInstaller.exe, the Taskbar just keeps blank and the night mode ye

Thank you for sharing this to the Microsoft Community. We suggest that you follow these steps for possible solution:

• Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar. If in tablet mode, hold your finger on the taskbar.
• Click on Settings.
• Toggle Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode to on. You can also do the same for tablet mode.

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Right click on taskbar.
• click on properties.
• uncheck--use small taskbar buttons.
• uncheck--lock the taskbar.
• try to place the mouse pointer and then resize the taskbar.
