  1. Taskbar gone and windows key unresponsive

    Hello I've randomly come across this issue where my taskbar has disappeared on me and when I try hover my cursor where it would be it appears as a blue circle as if loading but never does. I've scrounged forums and videos and even asked previously here for help. I've tried using sfc /scannow and /checkhealth /restorehealth. I can't access settings because windows key doesn't work. I can't end windows explorer task on my taskmanager and I can't even open up display settings because there is not an app to open it to when I right click my desktop. To open up apps I have to jumpstart my pc by kill

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Taskbar Unresponsive.

    Dear Amma,

    Sorry for the trouble, here are few steps that I would suggest:

    • Press the Windows + X
    • Open the Command Prompt (Admin)
    • Now type the command as " Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
    • Push Enter
    • Restart the system.
    • Now see if the issue persists
    • If it persists the only option is to create a new user admin account.

    Do let me know if it helped and please mark the answer as helpful if it helped.

    I appreciate the assistance, but the Windows key doesn't respond to my pressing.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
