Windows 10: Taskbar hidden behind other programs

Recently I've ran into the problem where my Taskbar is being blocked/covered by other programs. Some trouble shooting steps I've taken already are, 1. I used task manager and restarted Windows Explorer, 2. I ran CMD in administrator and used "sfc /scannow", and finally I've simply restarted my system and it still having the issue. The odd thing is, I have dual monitors and my main one only has this problem while my second one doesn't and the Taskbar stays on top like it should.

There are a few possible solutions to fix the taskbar hidden behind windows issue. Here are some of them:

• Check your taskbar settings and make sure that the auto-hide feature is turned off. This feature can cause the taskbar to disappear when you move your mouse over a maximized window. To turn off auto-hide, press and hold (or right-click) any empty space on the taskbar, and select Taskbar settings.
  

• Change your display resolution to an appropriate one for your monitor. Sometimes, the taskbar can be hidden if the resolution is too high or too low for your screen size.
  

• Resize the window to a non-maximized state. This can be done by clicking and dragging the window's edges.
  

• If you are using a second monitor or a projector, the taskbar may be hidden on one of the screens. To fix this, press Windows + P on your keyboard and select PC screen only from the sidebar. This will make your primary screen the only one that displays your desktop.

Hi,

We suggest that you check if the folder is hidden by following these steps:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type folder, and then select
  Show hidden files and folders from the search results.
• Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select
  OK.
