Windows 10: Taskbar icons triggers incorrect app/window launch

Hi,I'm running W11 on a SurfacePRO7.When coming back from sleep-mode I'm experiencing:- clock is not always updated. It looks like the clock indicates the time when the machine went in sleep mode annoying but you can continue working- icons on the taskbar of apps open outlook, browser, teams, ..... are suddenly out of sync. It looks like the action to the icons are all shifted one. If you have Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint as example, if you click on the Teams you open Outlook......etc VERY annoying as you can't work with it anymore.I've updated to the latest/greatest, but still doesn't wor

Try to reinstall Adobe reader. Or fix the installation.

Open a pdf, right click on the taskbar icon while the document is open, right click Properties/Change icon... whaddya get?

Do you get the same problem if Adobe is Pinned to the Taskbar?

It could be a Quick Launch icon corruption...

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
