    Taskbar is dimming/shadowed - and how to stop it from doing that?


    My Taskbar is exhibiting some odd behaviour - in that it becomes dimmed/shadowed when I am using any app, and it only goes back to full colour if i click on the taskbar bar. In addition, pop-up text of the app names does not show when it is dimmed. The pic on top shows the dimmed taskbar, and the one on the bottom shows the 'normal' taskbar when I click on it. How do I get back to it not being dimmed?I have tried changing SETTINGS, running SFC & DISM, turn on/off options related to Taskbar and also Personalization. Nothing helps.
