Windows 10: Taskbar is not showing after Windows 11 Version 22H2 update

My taskbar is not showing properly. As seen from the picture, majority part of the taskbar is blank I have tried to restart my laptop a few times but the same problem persists. This happened after I updated my windows system.

Windows 11 version 22H2 Install error - 0x800700a1

Yes, I have run all of the troubleshooting ideas but none of them changed anything.

I downloaded a new version of the Media Creation Tool. These were the steps it showed on the screen after running the ISO:

1. Getting updates
   
2. Making sure you're ready to install
   
3. Ready to install
   

Within 10 seconds of clicking "install", I get the error message: "Windows 11 installation has failed". I don't know where to find a log that will give more information. What else can I try?

When checking on something else, within Control Panel I looked at "System Information" and I saw hat it shows "Windows 11 Pro version 21H2". My udpate is trying to install version 22H2. Is that a problem?

 

Show seconds in system clock doesn't worked after installed KB5026446 on Windows 11 Version 22H2.

I have known that Windows 11 Version 22H2 have supported the feature which is to show seconds in system clock which is on taskbar since Microsoft released the update KB5026372, which is for Windows 11 Version 22H2.

However, today this feature don't work properly after I install the KB5026446. I think there might have an issue on this update. Is this update disabled this feature, or is this update have some issues on this feature?

 

Cannot update Windows 11 to build 22h2

Need more help than support web site offers. I would like to update a Windows Pro 21h2 to 22h2.

I've tried every suggestion at Troubleshoot problems updating Windows - Microsoft Support short of "Perfrom a clean installation of Windows 11." That list is comprehensive and includes everything I would have thought of on my own and then some. None of the troubleshooting suggestions solved the problem. The system in question is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M90n desktop running Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2.

In addition to all the steps at the above link, I've also tried installing by using Windows 11 Installation Assistant. Installation Assistant downloads and goes through the long installation process. But then very shortly after the reboot starts, it says, "Undoing changes" and boots back into the old build.
