Windows 10: Taskbar is transparent after wake from sleep

I have a Surface Pro 2017 running Windows 10 21H2 which is the most up-to-date version for this computer. I have had this problem as long as I've had this device, but now I would like to fix the problem. In settings under the personality section, I have set it to this: which means that transparency effects are on. Normally, my taskbar looks like a normal Windows 10 taskbar. But after I wake my Surface from sleep, and this has only happened if the type cover is on, I get a transparent taskbar except for the search field. It does not look good and it looks like thisoes anyone know how to fix

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.

I would suggest you to change the desktop themes and check if you are able to see the transparent taskbar.

If that doesn't help I would suggest you to end the explorer.exe and restart it and see if you are able to see the transparent taskbar.

Please follow the steps below to restart explorer.exe:

stop and start Explorer.exe

    Right click on the taskbar and select task manager.
    
  • 
    In the process Right click on windows explorer and end the task
    
  • 
    Restart the task by clicking on the file and select new task
    
  • 
    Type Explorer.exe and press enter.
    

And see if it helps.
