Windows 10: Taskbar Is Unresponsive and Files Are Corrupt

For months now my taskbar and anything that uses the taskbar to open has not been working. I can't click anything on the taskbar such as my search bar, windows I can't use the windows key either to open it, notification, cortana, taskview, volume, Windows work space, Internet Access, Time and Date, are unable o be clicked or opened. I ran sfc /scannow and I was presented with this: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.928] c Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. C:\Windows\system32> sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Windows 10 Taskbar Unresponsive.

Sorry for the trouble, here are few steps that I would suggest:

• Press the Windows + X
• Open the Command Prompt (Admin)
• Now type the command as " Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
• Push Enter
• Restart the system.
• Now see if the issue persists
• If it persists the only option is to create a new user admin account.

Windows corrupt file

humm k, this thing is poping up on my taskbar.

!(yellow triangle around it) Windows - Corrupt File

The file or directory C:\windows\system32\msvcrt.dll is corrupt or unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility.

Well I ran the chkdsk in my windows 32 folder and the problem remains*Stick Out Tongue .

Any help when someone has the spare time, is greatly apriciated.
