Windows 10: Taskbar keeps closing on ONE of TWO screens

Windows Taskbar goes down to a one-pixel line at the bottom of my screen. Minimize taskbar is OFF. Moving my cursor down to it does nothing. In order to fix it I have to go to Settings > Display > and change from 100% to 125% and then the taskbar reappears. Then I change it back to 100%. That works for quite a while, and then for some mysterious reason, when I'm not using my computer for a while, it reverts to being 1 pixel tall approximately at the bottom of my screen and I have to fix it again. This has happened 3 times in the last 12 hours. MICROSOFT, FIX THIS. And send the fix

Moving the taskbar

that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.

Windows 10 Taskbar sometimes on top of full-screen applications

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.
