Windows 10: Taskbar keeps loading and not responding continuously

So I got this problem a few days ago: whenever I open up a few programs as for example, it's usually discord, browser and maybe a something like, I run into issue of trying to open some program from the taskbar or settingsWiFi, sound, time etc., the taskbar becomes unresponsive, apps do not open or switch to already opened, languages do not switch with Win+Space keys, sound doesn't increase/decrase when clicking on F2 and F3oppositely to when it usually works, the loading blue circle keeps on and nothings happens after. Neither waiting nor restarting windows explorer process in task man

Thank you Juzar_Ali for co-operation but after running troubleshooting it showed that Troubleshooter can't find any problem.

Let me elaborate you with the problem that i installed app, downloaded the data and then whenever i run it along with internet connection it just keeps on loading and loading......

Also with Asphalt: Overdrive app it shows connection time out error whether i have active internet connection. I don't know Whats happening.

I would suggest you to try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.

Thanks for the co- operation, but after running the trouble shooter it asked to reset the window store and I did so, but the app still freezes/loading at the license agreement page.
