Windows 10: Taskbar keeps popping up in fullscreen and refreshing after upgrading to Windows 11

I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now my taskbar keeps popping up every few or so seconds when I'm on a fullscreen application such as a video. There also seems to be some kind of refreshing going on in the background as I notice the loading circle appearing out of nowhere on my cursor while I'm not doing anything.Can anybody help me with this issue? I so badly want to revert back to Windows 10, but unfortunately that option is unavailable to me anymore :

Are you referring to taskbar preview window pop-ups?



If yes, there is no option to disable the taskbar window pop-ups when you hover the mouse, this is by design.

However you may Auto-hide taskbar by following the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the taskbar and select properties.
  
• 
  In the Taskbar tab, Place a tick mark for Auto-hide the taskbar.
  

You may provide your suggestions in the feedback app.

It will be directly referred by our developer’s team for further improvement.

Follow the steps:

• Go to Start, enter the phrase Windows Feedback, and then select Windows Feedback.
• See if someone else has given similar feedback by entering the topic, such as Microsoft Music.
• If you find similar feedback, select it, add any details, and then select Me too.
• To narrow your search to a specific category, pick the category that most closely matches your feedback (so it gets to the right people quickly). For example, for feedback about the Music app, select Apps > Music.
• If you don’t find any similar feedback, select New Feedback, and choose a topic from Select a category and then select a subcategory.
  
• Enter your feedback (the more details the better!), add a screenshot if you can, and you're done.

Taskbar keeps refreshing

Hello,
I know that there are dozens of threads with replies and solutions but I cannot find my case. I apologise if I have missed it but I doubt it, I have been looking for over a month.

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series with Windows 10 six weeks ago, and the taskbar keeps flashing as if refreshing every 15 minutes. Not the desktop, only the taskbar.

Again, this is not an upgrade but a brand new laptop, and it never had IDT Audio drivers installed. I would appreciate any help that does not include the solutions given in these topics, which have not helped:

my pc keeps refreshing!!! Windows 10

two days back from now i was encountered with this message popping when i started windows saying: application error - the instruction at 0x0fffca98dd3c (sometimes different ) referenced memory at 0x00000000000000000 the memory could not be read Click OK
to terminate the application . So i clicked OK and now my pc keeps refreshing every 20 - 30 seconds while during the process of refreshing it stops my writing, brings up the taskbar when i'm watching a fullscreen video and brings up the taskbar or minimizes
my game from fullscreen when i'm playing a game.

Any help would be much appreciated
