Windows 10: Taskbar looks off?

I had left my PC on whilst I was sleeping, and I had woken up to find that my cat ran all over my keyboard and activated random settings! My keyboard settings were jacked up, (Filter keys, Sticky keys, whatever...) and my taskbar also became this odd black white color. The same applies to any menu (Settings, programs), they're all monochrome! How do I get my PC looking right again?

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

Did you try the “Auto-hide the taskbar” option from Taskbar properties?



If you have not tried it, I would suggest you to follow these steps and auto-hide the taskbar:

• Right click on Taskbar.
• Click on Properties
• Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
• Click on OK.
