Windows 10: Taskbar no longer features animation or special effects as opposed to earlier Windows 10...

Hey I know this may seem to a be a dumb or at least unnecessary question to ask; but I've noticed in the Windows 10 May 2019 update that the taskbar seems to no longer feature any cool animations or smooth transition between between minimized programs/apps. Any reason why you guys done away with the cool lighting and highlight effects and animations on the taskbar? It feels like I went back to the old Windows 9x-era (Windows 95, 98, ME.) Also it seems to be really buggy at times. I mean the new light-theme seems pretty nice; but I would rather prefer the normal dark-theme more though in my opinion. I think it personally looks a lot cooler in my opinion, especially if it has like the whole animation and special effects when I hover over it.

Windows Video Remix does not have special effects!

Hi Peter,

A possible factor why the special effects in Story Remix is due to corrupted system files. We recommend that you repair Story Remix, follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
• Under Apps & features, search Story Remix > Click on
  Advanced options.
• Select Repair.
• Restart your computer.

Note: Special effects are currently only available for videos.

How can i speed up the auto-hide feature of the taskbar?

The Windows 10 taskbar is a pretty useful tool, but it's also one you might not want to see on your screen all the time. Auto-hiding the taskbar can be a great way to add a little extra space to your desktop. The delay of the auto-hide
feature of the taskbar is by design and you can only speed up the auto-hide feature of the taskbar by disabling the animation settings. To do that, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button, then type “Animations” and press
  Enter.
• Switch Play animation in Windows from
  on to off.
