    I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my Windows Laptop Surface Studio. Upon starting up my computer, the taskbar does not load, and I'm unable to access various functions, including the settings application.Here's what I've tried so far:Restarting Windows Explorer.Running the Troubleshooter for Windows Store Apps.Re-registering the Taskbar using PowerShell.Creating a new user profile.Performing a System Restore.Updating Windows.Performing a Clean Boot.Running SFC and DISM.Resetting my PC.Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked, and I've been unable to get a hold of Windows cust

    Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

    Hello Jimmy, Taskbar Not Loading and Unable to Access Settings on Windows Laptop Surface Studio :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
