Windows 10: Taskbar not showing any apps even windows logo

i woke up to my pc not opening and beeping a short beep, i looked looked it up in google for a fix and found out it was the ram sticks bad or not properly seated so i went to do it by taking it out and putting it back and it worked after using it for a while i went back to sleep and woke up to the same problem, i did the same thing and it worked, now while i was playing a game, an error occured saying "your device device ran into a problem and needing a restart" after it restarted the taskbar is there but theres no apps even the windows logo so i cant open anything up or even go to the setting

I appreciate the steps that you have done. I suggest you please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• 
  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.

NEWLY added apps are not showing on Start App list

1. Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Start Settings in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.

Taskbar, including Windows logo, not showing

On my PC, the taskbar, including Windows logo, is not showing for one of my Microsoft accounts. Desktop icons are there, plus the ones at the bottom right of the computer. The same account works fine on another computer.
