Taskbar not visible on monitor 2 and 3 using 'auto hide'

I have 3 monitors and have enabled 'Automatically hide the taskbar', 'Show my taskbar on all displays' and 'show my taskbar apps on; taskbar where window is open', but I can only bring up the taskbar on the main monitor one, not possible on monitor 2 and 3. If I change these settings I can see the task bar popup on monitor 2 and 3, but then disappears again and not possible to bring them up. If I remove the 'Automatically hide the taskbar' then it works on all monitors, but I do not want it shown all the time.Is this a Windows bug that will be fixed or is there a solution to this that I do not

    :)
