Windows 10: taskbar on the top

Discus and support taskbar on the top in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have not moved to Windows 11 because there doesn't seem to be a way to have the taskbar on the top.     I have not moved to Windows 11 because there doesn't seem to be a way to have the taskbar on the top. Is that still the case?

My keyboard blocks my main display, the fourth monitor, and the taskbar location at the top was much better for my setup....
