Windows 10: Taskbar Only Works on Secondary Display Win11

Greetings,Since plugging my Eluktronics MAX-17 with Win11 Home into my television via HDMI, my main Primary laptop display's Taskbar is blank, black, unclickable and off to the lefthand side. However on external monitors it shows clearly the correct way. I've tried flipping Taskbar settings around in various ways but nothing corrects it. TLDR: I've tried the many troubleshooting steps available online, see below for a list.BACKGROUND:No new software or driver updates involved: I merely linked my W11 Eluktronics MAX-17 laptop to my TV via HDMI, and since it accepted the external display my Task

Missing input language options on a taskbar in the secondary monitor

I can understand the inconvenience you are facing with the missing Input language on your secondary monitor. Here are the few settings troubleshooting steps which you can try to fix the issue.

Step 1

Check for Updates

Click on
Start button, select Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update
and select check for updates.

If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

Step 2

1. Press Windows +
   I key > Personalization > Taskbar.
   
2. Turn
   On show taskbar on all displays under “Multiple displays”.
   

Step 3

1. Press Windows +
   I key > Personalization > Taskbar.
   
2. Scroll down and click on
   Turn system icons on or off under Notification area.
   
3. Enable (Turn On) the
   Input Indicator and check the status of the issue.

Restore window issue in Window 10 1903 when extra Monitor

To have a better clarity on the issue and guide you accordingly, kindly help us with the following information:

• Is the issue specific to DBeaver or does it happen on all the applications?

The issue could probably be because of the secondary monitor not having its own taskbar. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Right click the Taskbar on your primary monitor and choose Taskbar Settings.
• Enable Show Taskbar on all the displays under
  Multiple Displays, and exit Settings.
• Now, try restoring a minimized window to see if it works.

Taskbars on Multiple Displays

One thing that has always annoyed me with Windows 10 is the way that if you have two or more displays, the taskbar on the secondary displays is not the same as the primary display. On secondary displays you are not allowed to add Toolbars to the taskbar. This is a real pain for me because I use the toolbars a lot, so having to change my ways when I am using a secondary display is very inconvenient. Does anyone know of a way to overcome this? Ideally I just want exactly the same taskbar on the secondary displays as is on the primary.
